Description
The project idea was born out of the need for high STEM, digital and ICT skills for youth. The skills needed in the future at the workplace are changing rapidly, more than concrete knowledge young people will need novel and adaptive thinking and a design mind-set (Future Work Skills 2020). While school education changes slowly due to its complex systems, non-formal education can supply the need for integrated learning that combines different fields, creativity, complex problem solving, decision-making, teamwork and technology.
